Trade
At Grains Council of Australia (GCA) our mission is to represent and promote Australia’s grain industry, the policies of GCA and the interests of Australia’s grain industry nationally and internationally.
GCA is committed to promoting the reduction of trade distortion in global trade (i.e. tariffs and quotas) and supports the elimination of all export subsidies by 2013.
With the collapse of latest Doha Round of WTO negotiations in Geneva, it is critical for GCA to continue to work with the Federal Government to ensure that agriculture be at the forefront of any bilateral trade agreement being negotiated.
